Quality Assurance for Soil Moisture (QA4SM)

QA4SM is a project that allows the validation of Satellite Soil Moisture data using ISMN in situ data and model data as a reference. The easy-to-use service allows users to quickly generate traceable validation results using an open access validation framework, Pytesmo. (e.g.: correlations, bias, RMSD, MSE, triple collocation error). The overall aim is to bring together methodologies and protocols used for the validation and quality control of soil moisture data products and provide users with traceable validation results.
