    Abstract
The HiWATER EHWSN network is located at farmland in the middle stream of the Heihe River Basin, China. It consists of stations 174. The datasets are available from April 2012 till September 2012 and are collected by the Cold and Arid Regions Environmental and Engineering Research Institute (CAREERI), Chineses Academy of Science (CAS).
